Feat Points

Imagine that you are given 1 "feat point" per level and you have to pay the selected number of points for getting the feat. Select a value from 1 to 5 for each feat. An "average" feat should have a value of 3. If a feat has prerequisites, assume that you already have them and just rate the "added" value. Do not take into account if the feat is a prerequisite for another feat or for a prestige class. If you think that certain classes would profit more from a feat than other classes, select the highest value (considering primarily core classes).
